REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items under warranty will also be covered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit mysleep8.com/pages/support to start the exchange process.
When you return your product, you will receive return packaging with a prepaid shipping label addressed to our returns center.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sleep8 reserves the right to require any customer to be responsible for the cost of return shipping at our sole discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sleep8 purchase, contact Sleep8 within 30 days of the date of purchase to arrange to return your Sleep8 device for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the following terms. You may contact to make arrangements to return your Sleep8 device and obtain instructions on how to do so. IMPORTANT: If you purchased your Sleep8 through a CPAP provider channel or other third party reseller, you must contact them (prior to the expiration of such 30 day period) to arrange the return of your device and must return your Sleep8 device directly to them (i.e., you may not process the return through Sleep8 directly). They will be responsible for processing your return and refund in accordance with the terms of this policy.
If you have not purchased your Sleep8 through a CPAP provider channel or other third party reseller, Sleep8 will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of returning your device. To be eligible for the refund, you must have contacted us (or your applicable CPAP provider or third-party reseller) to arrange your return within 30 days of your date of purchase and your returned device must be received within sixty (60) days of your date of purchase. Also, the device must not be damaged. Devices that are returned with damage are not eligible for a refund. Once your undamaged device has been received timely, your refund will be issued as a credit against your original form of payment. Please keep all receipts and delivery notices on file for reference. Shipping will be ground delivery and will arrive within (2-5 business days). If you want the product sooner, you have the option to pay for expedited shipping. Ongoing subscriptions are not included with free shipping.
