We accept returns of unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sleep8 purchase, contact Sleep8 within 30 days of the date of purchase to arrange to return your Sleep8 device for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges, if any), subject to the following terms. You may contact to make arrangements to return your Sleep8 device and obtain instructions on how to do so. IMPORTANT: If you purchased your Sleep8 through a DME channel or other third party reseller, you must contact them (prior to the expiration of such 30 day period) to arrange the return of your device and must return your Sleep8 device directly to them (i.e., you may not process the return through Sleep8 directly). They will be responsible for processing your return and refund in accordance with the terms of this policy.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your Sleep8 device. To be eligible for the refund, you must have contacted us (or your applicable DME or third-party reseller) to arrange your return with 30 days of your date of purchase and your returned device must be received within sixty (60) days of your date of purchase. Also, the device must not be damaged. Devices that are returned with damage are not eligible for a refund. Once your un-damaged device has been timely received, your refund will be issued as a credit against your original form of payment. Please keep all receipts and delivery notices on file for reference. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
