Troubleshooting

Q: Why is there a “Fresh” scent on my mask after cleaning?

A: The "Fresh" smell that is sometimes described as similar to the scent air after a heavy rain or thunderstorm. In-fact the scent in both cases is caused by ozone. Further, you can run your CPAP for a few minutes before you put it on to further reduce the scent.

Q: Can Sleep8 make my CPAP tube and mask last longer?

A: Not necessarily. Sleep8 is designed to help maintain your CPAP supplies and accessories, but cannot extend the life of them.
